Motorola Edge 40 is slightly better than HTC One ME, with a 77.2 score against 73.5. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Edge 40 has 13 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0, giving you a couple nice extra features. Motorola Edge 40's design is incredibly newer and thinner than HTC One ME's, although it's just a bit heavier.
HTC One ME counts with a slightly better display than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution. HTC One ME counts with a very superior processor than Motorola Edge 40, although it has lesser processing cores (but faster) and a lower amount of RAM.
The HTC One ME has a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 2 TB. Motorola Edge 40 features a really longer battery duration than HTC One ME, because it has a 4400mAh battery size.
The Motorola Edge 40 captures greater photographs and videos than HTC One ME, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a lot more mega pixels back-facing camera, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor and a much larger diafragm aperture for better photography and video in low-light situations.
