Motorola Edge 50 Neo has a score of 81.9, which is much better than HTC One ME's 73.5 overall score. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Edge 50 Neo has a more recent 14 version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version. Even though Motorola Edge 50 Neo is just a bit heavier than the HTC One ME, it's thinner and a lot newer.

HTC One ME features a much more powerful processing unit than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, although it has an inferior number of cores and 5 GB lesser RAM. Motorola Edge 50 Neo counts with a bit sharper display than HTC One ME, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1256 x 2760 pixels and a bit worse screen density, it also counts with a larger screen.

The Motorola Edge 50 Neo has a very superior battery life than HTC One ME, because it has a 4310mAh battery size instead of 2840mAh.
