Motorola Moto G41 has a global score of 79.1, which is slightly better than HTC One ME's 73.5 general score. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Motorola Moto G41 has the newer 11 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, so it gives you a couple additional features and optimized performance. Motorola Moto G41's body is notably newer and thinner, but somewhat heavier than the HTC One ME.
HTC One ME features a sharper screen than Motorola Moto G41, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a better screen pixels density.
