Motorola One 5G has a score of 84.6, which is much better than HTC One ME's 73.5 general score. Motorola One 5G's design is noticeably newer and just a bit thinner, but also extremely heavier than the HTC One ME. Motorola One 5G counts with a bit better processing unit than HTC One ME, because it has a higher amount of RAM and more CPU cores.
HTC One ME features a brighter display than Motorola One 5G, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a higher screen density. The Motorola One 5G features a very superior camera than HTC One ME, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Motorola One 5G also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor, a way bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures and video in low light situations and a back-facing camera with much more MP.
Motorola One 5G counts with a greater memory capacity to install games and applications than HTC One ME, because although it has a SD card slot that allows 1,02 TB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Motorola One 5G features a much longer battery duration than HTC One ME, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 2840mAh.
The Motorola One 5G costs a lot more money than the HTC One ME, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
