Comparison review
OnePlus 8 UW has a global score of 75.9, which is just a bit better than HTC One ME's score of 73.5. Both phones we are comparing here come with Android OS (operating system), but OnePlus 8 UW has a more recent 10 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version. OnePlus 8 UW's body is newer and somewhat thinner than HTC One ME's, but it is also heavier.
The OnePlus 8 UW features a better performing processor than HTC One ME, because it has more RAM and a greater number of faster cores. HTC One ME counts with a little more vivid display than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and more pixels per screen inch.
The OnePlus 8 UW captures much clearer pictures and videos than HTC One ME, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rate, the OnePlus 8 UW also has a larger aperture to take better low-light images, a bigger back camera sensor capturing better quality videos and pictures and a camera with a way better 48 mega-pixels resolution.
The HTC One ME has a lot bigger memory for apps and games than OnePlus 8 UW, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 2 TB. The OnePlus 8 UW features a much longer battery performance than HTC One ME, because it has a 51 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although OnePlus 8 UW is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HTC One ME. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the HTC One ME, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
