Samsung Galaxy A20s is just a bit better than HTC One ME, having a overall score of 77 against 73.5. The Samsung Galaxy A20s construction is way newer and thinner than HTC One ME's, although it is somewhat heavier. These phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A20s has a newer 11 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0, so it gives some additional features.
