The Galaxy A21s is slightly better than HTC One ME, having a overall score of 77.7 against 73.5. The Galaxy A21s body is a lot newer and a bit thinner than the HTC One ME's, but it's heavier.

The Galaxy A21s captures much clearer videos and photos than HTC One ME, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy A21s also has a larger aperture to capture better low light captures and videos, a bigger back camera sensor capturing higher quality pictures and a back facing camera with lot more megapixels.
Samsung Galaxy A21s features a much longer battery life than HTC One ME, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 2840mAh.
