The Galaxy A25 5G has a global score of 79.9, which is slightly better than the HTC One ME's 73.5 general score. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy A25 5G has the newer 14 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, so it provides lots of additional features and increased performance. Galaxy A25 5G is a a lot newer and thinner phone than the HTC One ME, although it is also much heavier.
HTC One ME counts with a much better performing CPU than Samsung Galaxy A25 5G, although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores.
