The Galaxy M20 construction is way newer and just a little bit thinner than the HTC One ME's, although it's also somewhat heavier. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the Galaxy M20 has newer 10 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features.
Galaxy M20 has a little better hardware performance than HTC One ME, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and more cores.
