The Samsung Galaxy M30 is much better than the HTC One ME, with a general score of 82.4 against 73.5. The Samsung Galaxy M30 is a way newer and somewhat thinner cellphone than HTC One ME, but it's somewhat heavier. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy M30 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0, so it provides the user a lot of extra features and performance optimizations.
