The Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is much better than HTC One ME's global score of 73.5. These phones work with the same Android 5.0 OS (Operating System). Even though Galaxy Note Edge is older and somewhat heavier than HTC One ME, it's construction is still somewhat thinner.
The Galaxy Note Edge has a superior hardware performance than HTC One ME, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy Note Edge also has an additional GPU and a larger number of cores (and they are faster). HTC One ME and Galaxy Note Edge have very similar screens, because although the Galaxy Note Edge has a just a bit worse screen density, and they both have the same exact 2560 x 1440 resolution, it also counts with a quite larger screen.
The Galaxy Note Edge takes much clearer pictures and videos than HTC One ME, although it has a worse (4K) video definition, a smaller sensor giving a lower image quality and a lower 16 mega pixels resolution back facing camera, they both have the same aperture. HTC One ME has a superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the HTC One ME also has an external memory slot that supports up to 2 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features just a little better battery performance than HTC One ME, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.
