Samsung Galaxy Note3 is a little bit better than the HTC One ME, getting a 77.7 score against 73.5. Samsung Galaxy Note3 is an older and just a bit heavier phone than HTC One ME, but Samsung was able to make it somewhat thinner anyway. These phones come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note3 has the older 4.4.2 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0.
