Galaxy Note8 is much better than HTC One ME, having a global score of 83 against 73.5. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note8 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, offering a lot of extra features. The Galaxy Note8 construction is notably newer and thinner than the HTC One ME's, although it's incredibly heavier.
