The Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is a lot better than the HTC One ME's 73.5 global score. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Galaxy S20 has 13 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version. Although the Galaxy S20 is just a little heavier than HTC One ME, it's thinner and incredibly newer.
The HTC One ME counts with just a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S20, although it has a quite lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a little bit less pixels per screen inch and a little bit smaller display. The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a quite superior processing power than HTC One ME, because it has a greater amount of RAM and a larger number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC One ME, because although it has an external memory card slot that supports 1,02 TB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
