The Galaxy S22 has an overall score of 93.4, which is a lot better than the HTC One ME's score of 73.5. Although Galaxy S22 is a bit heavier than the HTC One ME, it's notably thinner and a lot newer. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S22 has 13 version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0, giving some additional features.
The Galaxy S22 has a more powerful CPU than HTC One ME, because it has 7 more cpu cores and 5 GB more RAM memory.
