Galaxy S25 has a score of 82.6, which is better than HTC One ME's score of 73.5. The Galaxy S25 is a notably lighter and notably thinner phone than the HTC One ME. Both phones in this comparison work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S25 has a newer 14 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, counting with some extra features and performance enhancements.
The Galaxy S25 counts with a little sharper display than HTC One ME, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a much lower pixel count per inch in the display, it also counts with a larger screen. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S25, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC One ME, giving up some specs and features.
