Samsung Galaxy S4 has a score of 76.1, which is a bit better than HTC One ME's score of 73.5. Despite of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S4 is older than HTC One ME, it's construction is thinner and lighter. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S4 has an older 4.4.2 version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version.
