Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus is slightly better than the HTC One ME, with a score of 78.1 against 73.5. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has 4.4.2 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus body is just a little lighter and thinner than HTC One ME, even though it was released a little bit over a year before.
The Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a better performing processing unit than HTC One ME, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores and a GPU.
