The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 85.7, which is better than the HTC One ME's 73.5 score. Even though Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and HTC One ME were released with only 2 months difference, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is incredibly thinner and somewhat lighter. Both of these phones come with the same Android 5.0 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features.
Galaxy S6 Edge features a slightly better screen than HTC One ME, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a just a little better count of pixels in each inch in the screen. Galaxy S6 Edge has a better processing unit than HTC One ME, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM, the Galaxy S6 Edge also has a 64-bits processing unit, an additional graphics processing unit and a larger number of cores (although slower).
HTC One ME counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for low-light images, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the HTC One ME also counts with a bigger back camera sensor capturing better quality photos and videos and a more mega pixels back camera.
The HTC One ME features a much greater storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 2 TB. HTC One ME features a bit better battery life than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 2840mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HTC One ME. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy S6 Edge, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC One ME, letting go some features and specifications.
