The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is much better than HTC One ME, getting a overall score of 85.6 against 73.5. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has newer 11 version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0, so it counts with some extra features. Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is somewhat heavier than HTC One ME, it's much thinner and way newer.
The HTC One ME counts with a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a greater pixels number per inch of display. Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a better CPU than HTC One ME, because it has a higher number of cores and a greater amount of RAM.
HTC One ME features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for shooting images and/or video in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a much better 20 MP resolution back facing camera. The HTC One ME features a way bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 2 TB.
Galaxy Z Flip 3 counts with improved battery lifetime than HTC One ME, because it has a 3300mAh battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One ME. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the HTC One ME, resigning a couple specs and features.
