Comparison review
Sony Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is much better than HTC One ME's 73.5 overall score. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS, but the Sony Xperia 1 III has 11 version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, providing you some extra features. Sony Xperia 1 III's body is notably newer and thinner than HTC One ME's, although it is heavier.
The HTC One ME has a little bit better looking display than Xperia 1 III, although it has a way lower 2560 x 1440 resolution, a way smaller display and a little worse screen density. Xperia 1 III has a superior memory for apps and games than HTC One ME, because although it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1 TB against 2 TB, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Xperia 1 III features a better processor than HTC One ME, because it has more RAM and more cores. Xperia 1 III captures way better photographs and videos than HTC One ME, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 video resolution and a way lower 12 megapixels resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a lot bigger back camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and pictures and a lot bigger aperture.
Xperia 1 III has a much better battery life than HTC One ME, because it has a 58% more battery size.
Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One ME. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get HTC One ME, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
