The Xperia 1 VI has a general score of 83.2, which is much better than HTC One ME's score of 73.5. Xperia 1 VI is a notably thinner and extremely lighter phone than the HTC One ME. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 VI has the newer 14 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, so it provides a lot of extra features.
