Sony Xperia 5 II has a global score of 87.2, which is better than HTC One ME's overall score of 73.5. The Sony Xperia 5 II construction is extremely newer and thinner, but also just a bit heavier than HTC One ME. The HTC One ME features a much better looking screen than Sony Xperia 5 II, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a greater pixels count in each inch in the display.
The Sony Xperia 5 II features a quite better hardware performance than HTC One ME, because it has a greater amount of RAM and a greater number of cores. The Xperia 5 II captures much clearer pictures and videos than HTC One ME, because although it has a much less MP resolution camera in the back and a lower (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a way larger aperture and a much larger back camera sensor capturing lot higher quality videos and pictures.
The Xperia 5 II has a better memory capacity for games and applications than HTC One ME, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that allows 1,02 TB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Sony Xperia 5 II counts with a much longer battery performance than HTC One ME, because it has a 41 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Xperia 5 II is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One ME. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC One ME, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
