Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 5 III is a lot better than the HTC One ME, with a global score of 90.5 against 73.5. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Xperia 5 III has a more recent 11 version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, so it offers some additional features. The Sony Xperia 5 III construction is extremely newer and thinner, but also just a little heavier than the HTC One ME.
Xperia 5 III has a quite superior hardware performance than HTC One ME, because it has a larger number of faster cores and 5 GB more RAM memory. HTC One ME counts with a sharper display than Xperia 5 III, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a better screen pixels density.
The Sony Xperia 5 III takes much better videos and photos than HTC One ME, because although it has a way worse resolution back-facing camera and a worse (4K) video quality, it also counts with a way larger sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a lot bigger camera aperture to take better photography in low-light environments.
The Xperia 5 III features a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC One ME, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1 TB against 2 TB, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Xperia 5 III counts with a much longer battery duration than HTC One ME, because it has a 58% larger battery size.
