The Xperia PRO-I is way better than the HTC One ME, having a general score of 96.3 against 73.5. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia PRO-I has the newer 11 version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0, so it offers some nice extra features. Xperia PRO-I's body is incredibly newer and a bit thinner than HTC One ME's, but it's also notably heavier.
HTC One ME features a little bit better looking display than Sony Xperia PRO-I, although it has a little bit less pixels per inch in the display, a way lower 2560 x 1440 resolution and a lot smaller display. The Xperia PRO-I has a greater performance than HTC One ME, because it has a higher number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Xperia PRO-I features a very superior memory to install games and applications than HTC One ME, because although it has an external SD slot that holds 1 TB smaller, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Sony Xperia PRO-I captures much better photographs and videos than HTC One ME, because although it has a tinier sensor which offers a lower image and video quality, a lower 3840x2160 video resolution and a way worse 12 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture for better captures and videos in low-light situations.
Sony Xperia PRO-I features a way better battery duration than HTC One ME, because it has a 58% more battery size.
