Comparison review
Xperia XZ Premium is just a bit better than the HTC One ME, having a score of 79.8 against 73.5. The Xperia XZ Premium design is newer and somewhat thinner, but somewhat heavier than the HTC One ME. Xperia XZ Premium has a little more vivid display than HTC One ME, because it has a better screen density, a lot better resolution of 2160 x 3840 and a little bit bigger display.
HTC One ME has a better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 2 TB.
