Comparison review
The Xperia XZs has a general score of 77.2, which is a bit better than HTC One ME's general score of 73.5. Xperia XZs's body is newer and somewhat thinner, but also just a bit heavier than the HTC One ME. The Xperia XZs counts with just a bit better hardware performance than HTC One ME, because it has 1 GB more RAM and a higher number of cores.
The HTC One ME counts with a brighter display than Sony Xperia XZs, and although they both have a same size display, the HTC One ME also has a better pixels count in each inch of display and a better 2560 x 1440px resolution. Xperia XZs captures much better videos and photos than HTC One ME, because although it has a back camera with less mega-pixels resolution and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture to capture better photography in low-light environments and a bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The HTC One ME features a way bigger storage for apps and games than Sony Xperia XZs, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the HTC One ME also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 2 TB. The Sony Xperia XZs features a little better battery performance than HTC One ME, because it has 2900mAh of battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia XZs is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC One ME, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One ME. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Sony Xperia XZs, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC One ME, resigning some features and specifications.
