Both phones in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has a newer 10 version while HTC One ME has Android 5.0. The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is a notably heavier device than HTC One ME, but both of them are 0.38inches thick.
Xiaomi Mi Note 10 has a bit better processor than HTC One ME, because it has a greater number of cores and 3 GB more RAM.
