The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is just a bit better than HTC One ME, getting an 80.5 score against 73.5. The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro design is incredibly newer and thinner than HTC One ME's, although it's heavier. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version.
The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro counts with a little faster processing unit than HTC One ME, because it has more cpu cores (but slower) and a higher amount of RAM memory. HTC One ME features a brighter display than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and more pixels per inch of screen.

The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro counts with a much better battery duration than HTC One ME, because it has a 41% bigger battery capacity.
