Xiaomi Poco F4 has a general score of 87.5, which is better than HTC One ME's 73.5 overall score. These phones include Android OS, but the Xiaomi Poco F4 has the newer 12 version and HTC One ME has Android 5.0 version, giving a couple additional features and a performance increase. Xiaomi Poco F4's body is way newer and thinner than the HTC One ME's, but it is also heavier.
HTC One ME counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Poco F4, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a greater pixels density. Xiaomi Poco F4 counts with a quite better hardware performance than HTC One ME, because it has 3 GB more RAM memory and more CPU cores.
HTC One ME counts with a very superior memory for applications and games than Xiaomi Poco F4, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows up to 2 TB. The Xiaomi Poco F4 captures way better photos and videos than HTC One ME, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Poco F4 also has a bigger diafragm aperture for better photography and video in low light environments, a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and a bigger camera sensor providing a better image quality.
Xiaomi Poco F4 has a superior battery duration than HTC One ME, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
