Comparison review

Xperia Z Ultra has a score of 68.7, which is slightly better than the HTC One mini's overall score of 62.6. The Xperia Z Ultra is a way thinner but much heavier phone than the HTC One mini. These phones have the same Android 4.4 OS, so both should give you identical OS features. Sony Xperia Z Ultra counts with a bit better looking display than HTC One mini, because it has a just a bit higher pixel density, a much higher 1920 x 1080 resolution and a really bigger screen.

The Sony Xperia Z Ultra counts with a much better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC One mini, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal storage, the Sony Xperia Z Ultra also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 64 GB. Xperia Z Ultra has a more powerful processing unit than HTC One mini, and although they both have a 450 MHz GPU, the Xperia Z Ultra also has a larger number of cores (and also faster) and a higher amount of RAM memory.

Xperia Z Ultra features a way better battery life than HTC One mini, because it has 3050mAh of battery capacity against 1800mAh. The HTC One mini has just a bit better camera than Sony Xperia Z Ultra, although it has a camera in the back with much less mega-pixels resolution and a worse (Full HD) video definition.

Even being the best phone in our current comparison, Xperia Z Ultra is also a bargain compared to the other phones.
