Samsung Galaxy S4 has a general score of 77.3, which is way better than HTC One S's general score of 61.9. Samsung Galaxy S4 is a a little heavier phone than HTC One S, but they are equally thin. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S4 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and HTC One S has Android 4.1.1 version, providing the user a couple additional features.

Samsung Galaxy S4 features a little bit better performance than HTC One S, because it has a greater number of cores (and also faster), a much better graphics processor and a larger amount of RAM. Galaxy S4 counts with a much better screen than HTC One S, because it has a larger display, much more pixels per screen inch and a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px.

The Galaxy S4 counts with a much bigger memory capacity for apps and games than HTC One S, because it has more internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 64 GB.
