The Galaxy Mega 6.3 is slightly better than the HTC One S, having a general score of 67.9 against 61.7. Both phones we are comparing here have Android OS, but the Galaxy Mega 6.3 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and HTC One S has Android 4.1.1 version, so it offers some additional features. The Galaxy Mega 6.3 design has the same thickness than HTC One S, but it's noticeably heavier.
