Comparison review
The Galaxy Mega 6.3 is slightly better than the HTC One S, having a general score of 67.9 against 61.7. Both phones we are comparing here have Android OS, but the Galaxy Mega 6.3 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and HTC One S has Android 4.1.1 version, so it offers some additional features. The Galaxy Mega 6.3 design has the same thickness than HTC One S, but it's noticeably heavier.
The Galaxy Mega 6.3 has a bit superior processor than HTC One S, and although they both have 2 cores, the Galaxy Mega 6.3 also has 512 MB more RAM memory and a faster GPU working at 450 MHz. The HTC One S features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy Mega 6.3, because although it has a really smaller display and a much lower resolution of 960 x 540, it also counts with a just a bit greater quantity of pixels in each inch in the screen.
Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 features more storage capacity for games and applications than HTC One S, because although it has only 8 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 64 GB.
