The Moto G4 Plus is much better than the HTC One X, getting a score of 72.1 against 65.2. Moto G4 Plus's body is a lot newer than HTC One X's, but it's somewhat thicker and heavier. Moto G4 Plus counts with a way better battery life than HTC One X, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 1800mAh.
The Motorola Moto G4 Plus costs a little more than HTC One X, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
