The Samsung Galaxy S III is slightly better than the HTC One X AT&T, having a global score of 70 against 64.2. Although the Samsung Galaxy S III and the HTC One X AT&T were released with only a couple of months difference, Samsung Galaxy S III's body is just a little bit heavier but also a little bit thinner than the HTC One X AT&T. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S III has a newer 4.3 version and HTC One X AT&T has Android 4.2.2 version.

The Samsung Galaxy S III and HTC One X AT&T have incredibly similar screens, because although the Samsung Galaxy S III has a little worse pixel density, and they both have an equal resolution of 1280 x 720, it also counts with a little bit larger screen. The Galaxy S III features a bit more powerful CPU than HTC One X AT&T, and although they both have a 400 megahertz graphics co-processor and a Dual-Core CPU, the Galaxy S III also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

Galaxy S III features a superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than HTC One X AT&T, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal memory, the Galaxy S III also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 64 GB. Galaxy S III features a better camera than HTC One X AT&T, although it has a lot tinier aperture which is not good for low-light photography, they both have the same resolution camera, the same video frame rates and the same video quality.

Galaxy S III has a bit superior battery lifetime than HTC One X AT&T, because it has a 17 percent larger battery size.
