The Sony Xperia XZ3 has an overall score of 79.6, which is a little bit better than the HTC One X10's global score of 73.8. The Sony Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie operating system, while HTC One X10 has Android, HTC Sense UI operating system. Even though Sony Xperia XZ3 is newer than the HTC One X10, it is somewhat thicker and a bit heavier.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with just a bit better processing power than HTC One X10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also has 1 GB more RAM. Xperia XZ3 features a more vivid screen than HTC One X10, because it has a way better 1440 x 2880px resolution, a little larger display and a higher pixel amount in each display inch.
The Xperia XZ3 has a superior camera than HTC One X10, and although they both have the same aperture, the Xperia XZ3 also has a more MP back camera and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. HTC One X10 counts with slightly more storage capacity for applications and games than Xperia XZ3, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB.
The HTC One X10 has superior battery lifetime than Xperia XZ3, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3330mAh.
Although Sony Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the HTC One X10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One X10. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Sony Xperia XZ3, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the HTC One X10, letting go some specs and features.
