The BLU Pure View is a little bit better than HTC Radar, getting a overall score of 59.2 against 54. BLU Pure View counts with Android 7.0 Nougat OS, while HTC Radar comes with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango 7.5 Mango OS. The BLU Pure View construction is noticeably newer and a lot thinner, but heavier than the HTC Radar.

BLU Pure View features a way better battery lifetime than HTC Radar, because it has a 97 percent bigger battery size.
