Comparison review
The BLU R2 Plus is a bit better than the HTC Radar, getting a 59.3 score against 54. The BLU R2 Plus construction is newer and thinner than the HTC Radar's, although it's somewhat heavier. The BLU R2 Plus counts with Android 7.0 Nougat OS, while HTC Radar counts with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango 7.5 Mango OS.
