Samsung Rugby Smart comes with Android 2.3.5 OS, and HTC Radar counts with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango 7.5 Mango OS. Even though Samsung Rugby Smart and HTC Radar were released only a couple of months apart, the Samsung Rugby Smart design is somewhat thicker but somewhat lighter than HTC Radar.
