The Samsung Exhilarate is just a bit better than the HTC Radar, getting a 59.3 score against 54. Samsung Exhilarate counts with Android 2.3.6 operating system, while HTC Radar has Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system. The Samsung Exhilarate construction is a little lighter but a little bit thicker than HTC Radar, and both were released with only a couple of months difference.

Samsung Exhilarate has a little faster CPU than HTC Radar, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with more RAM and a greater number of cores. Samsung Exhilarate features just a bit better looking display than HTC Radar, because although it has a just a little worse pixel density, and they both have the same exact resolution of 800 x 480px, the Samsung Exhilarate also counts with a quite bigger display.

Samsung Exhilarate features a camera that is just as good as the camera in HTC Radar, they have a 5 mega-pixels back-facing camera, the same video frame rates and the same video quality. HTC Radar features a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Exhilarate, although it has no SD extension slot.

Samsung Exhilarate features just a bit longer battery life than HTC Radar, because it has a 15 percent greater battery capacity.

The Samsung Exhilarate is not only the best devices of the ones in this comparison, but it's also a bargain compared to others.
