The Nokia 3.1 Plus has an overall score of 66.4, which is slightly better than HTC Titan II's 60.5 general score. Nokia 3.1 Plus comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS, and HTC Titan II has Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS. Although the Nokia 3.1 Plus is incredibly heavier than HTC Titan II, it's thinner and way newer.
Nokia 3.1 Plus has a faster CPU than HTC Titan II, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with more CPU cores and more RAM. The HTC Titan II counts with a bit sharper display than Nokia 3.1 Plus, although it has a lot worse 800 x 480 resolution, a lot smaller screen and a lot less pixels per inch of display.
The Nokia 3.1 Plus features a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than HTC Titan II, because it has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB and 16 GB more internal storage. Nokia 3.1 Plus has just a bit better camera than HTC Titan II, because although it has a camera with a worse 13 mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a lot bigger aperture to capture better low light photography and a lot better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
Nokia 3.1 Plus has a way better battery life than HTC Titan II, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone in our current comparison, the Nokia 3.1 Plus is also by far the cheapest one.
