Google Pixel XL has a global score of 81.3, which is much better than the HTC U Play's 73.5 score. Even though Google Pixel XL is a better phone than the HTC U Play, it must be told that it is also somewhat heavier and just a little thicker. The HTC U Play has a bit superior CPU than Google Pixel XL, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with more cpu cores (but slower).
The Google Pixel XL has a little bit better display than HTC U Play, because it has more pixels per inch in the screen, a quite larger screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px. HTC U Play has a much greater memory for games and applications than Google Pixel XL, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.
The Google Pixel XL counts with a really longer battery lifetime than HTC U Play, because it has a 3450mAh battery size. Google Pixel XL takes slightly better photos and videos than HTC U Play, because although it has a back-facing camera with a much worse resolution, and they both have a same size aperture, the Google Pixel XL also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 video resolution.
Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC U Play, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the HTC U Play. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC U Play, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
