Comparison review
Galaxy A8 Star has a general score of 82.1, which is much better than HTC U Play's general score of 73.5. The Galaxy A8 Star body is newer and a bit thinner, but much heavier than the HTC U Play. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star features a bit better processing unit than HTC U Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
HTC U Play has a bit sharper display than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a bit smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 1920, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch of screen. The HTC U Play features more storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star features just a bit better camera than HTC U Play, and although they both have a 16 MP resolution back facing camera, the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star also has a larger camera aperture for better captures in low-light environments and a lot higher video resolution. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star features a very superior battery performance than HTC U Play, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity.
