Galaxy S23 Ultra is better than the HTC U Play, with an 81.5 score against 73.5. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a somewhat thicker but way lighter cellphone than HTC U Play. The HTC U Play counts with a really superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.
