Comparison review
Xperia XZ3 is just a bit better than HTC U Ultra, with a global score of 79.6 against 77. Xperia XZ3 is a newer phone than the HTC U Ultra, although it is extremely thicker and heavier. Xperia XZ3 has a little faster CPU than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Xperia XZ3 also has a larger number of cores.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 features a bit better looking display than HTC U Ultra, because it has a quite larger screen, a bit greater pixels count per screen inch and a quite better resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels. The HTC U Ultra counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage, the HTC U Ultra also has a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Sony Xperia XZ3 features a slightly better camera than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for taking photographs or video in low light environments, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, a same size sensor and the same video resolution, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also counts with a camera in the back with a way better 19 MP resolution.
Sony Xperia XZ3 has just a little bit longer battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 3330mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
The Xperia XZ3 is more expensive than HTC U Ultra, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
