Comparison review
The HTC U Ultra is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 5s, getting a 77 score against 76.4. HTC U Ultra's body is just a little bit thinner but heavier than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and they were only released with a couple of months difference. The Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a bit faster processing unit than HTC U Ultra. They have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi 5s features a little bit better screen than HTC U Ultra, although it has a way lower 1080 x 1920 resolution, a little less pixels per inch in the display and a little bit smaller screen. The HTC U Ultra takes a bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same sensor size, the same video frame rates, the same (4K) video definition and the same resolution back-facing camera, the HTC U Ultra also has a bigger aperture for better photos and videos in low light environments.

Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Mi 5s. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi 5s, letting go a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
