HTC U11 is a bit better than the OnePlus 8, with a global score of 77.6 against 76. The HTC U11 construction has the same thickness than the OnePlus 8, but it is just a little lighter. The OnePlus 8 counts with a slightly better looking display than HTC U11, because although it has a quite inferior pixels number per inch in the display and a little lower 1080 x 2400px resolution, it also counts with a larger display.
The OnePlus 8 has just a bit better performance than HTC U11, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the OnePlus 8 also has more RAM memory. OnePlus 8 has a lot better camera than HTC U11, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for low-light photos, and they both have the same video resolution, the OnePlus 8 also counts with a much better resolution camera, a much larger camera sensor and higher 60 frames per second video frame rate.
OnePlus 8 counts with a slightly better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC U11, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The OnePlus 8 features a much longer battery performance than HTC U11, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Despite of being the best phone in this comparison, the HTC U11 is also by far the cheapest.
