Comparison review
The Xperia XZ3 is a bit better than the HTC U11, getting a 79.6 score against 77.6. Xperia XZ3 is a newer cellphone than HTC U11, but it is extremely thicker and heavier. The Xperia XZ3 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than HTC U11. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. Sony Xperia XZ3 has a bit sharper display than HTC U11, because it has a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 2880, a little bit bigger screen and a little bit better screen density.
The Xperia XZ3 features a better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC U11, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Xperia XZ3 also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Sony Xperia XZ3 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than HTC U11, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for capturing images and video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also counts with a lot more mega-pixels camera and a larger back camera sensor capturing better quality videos and photos.
Sony Xperia XZ3 features just a bit longer battery life than HTC U11, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC U11, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC U11. If you want to save some money, you can buy the HTC U11, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your money.
