Asus PadFone Infinity 2 is a bit better than HTC Velocity 4G, having a global score of 65.5 against 60.8. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Asus PadFone Infinity 2 has the newer 4.2 version while HTC Velocity 4G has Android 4.0.3, providing the user a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements.
