The LG L40 has a global score of 52.6, which is just a bit better than the HTC Wildfire S's score of 48. These phones work with Android OS, but LG L40 has 4.4 version while HTC Wildfire S has Android 2.3 version. The LG L40 construction is way newer, way lighter and just a little thinner than HTC Wildfire S.
LG L40 has a little bit better looking screen than HTC Wildfire S, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch of display, and they both have the same 480 x 320 resolution, the LG L40 also counts with a little bit larger screen. LG L40 has a quite better performance than HTC Wildfire S, and although they both have a 512 MB RAM, the LG L40 also has a better graphics processor running at 400 megahertz and more processing cores.
The HTC Wildfire S shoots much clearer videos and photos than LG L40, because it has a back camera with lot more megapixels. LG L40 counts with a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than HTC Wildfire S. Both of them have a SD extension slot that supports up to 32 GB. LG L40 counts with greater battery lifetime than HTC Wildfire S, because it has a 25% bigger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, the LG L40 is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
